All orders will be shipped using the following delivery service:

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided in the DHL, FedEx or S.F Express website.

Delivery Times & Shipping Fee

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days (Monday to Friday Hong Kong Time). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Express shipping: Order will be processed within 2 business days

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from spiritunus.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to spiritunus.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Spirit Unus. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

Customs & Regulations

Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as Spirit Unus cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away and our Customer Care Team will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Should you wish to return your item(s) for any reason, please refer to the table below as a guideline and contact us within 14 days from receiving your order for a case number explaining the reason for your returns request. Item(s) should be returned within 14 days from receipt of your case number.

To request a case number and further instructions on how to return your order, email us at hello@spiritunus.com or. Exchanges/returns will be processed upon receipt of the regarding item(s). Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item is eligible for exchange, refund or credit.

Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Returns/Exchange Conditions

Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline only to our returns/exchange policy:

General
  • No monetary refunds available.
  • Exchange or store credit only.
  • Items must not be damaged.
  • Items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exceptions and other conditions will be noted within the item description.
  • Evaluation process may take up to 21 days from receipt.
  • Upon dispute, the returns/exchange decisions by Spirit Unus will be final.

Products
  • Items must be in an unworn, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

For returns and exchanges, please complete and include our Returns Form in your package, stating the full nature of your request.

Please note items remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by spiritunus.com. Therefore it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Once we receive your package, we will evaluate the products before proceeding with exchanging or refunding your order in store credits.

spiritunus.com reserves the right to replace the faulty item with one of the same style, size and color. Where unavailable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Return items should be posted with a completed Spiri Unus Returns Form to our Hong Kong office  address

Incorrect item, missing item or faulty item

If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue to start the returns/exchange procedure and we will do our best to resolve the problem. A replacement will be sent where the item is still available. Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, or the return shipment where an incorrect or faulty item has been received will be covered by spiritunus.com.

Store Credit

spiritunus.com store credit will be given when an exchange is unavailable and is valid for a period of 6 months from the initial date of issue.

Store Credit can be used only once within 6 months of issuance in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.

There are no refunds or exchanges for sale and promotion items.

Prices and Currency

Published prices and final invoices are in HKD.

To help clients approximate the HKD values in their local currency, the web site has a currency converter feature. Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.

spiritunus.com encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.

The following methods of payment are accepted by spiritunus.com:

Credit Cards & Paypal

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master, American Express and Discover. Our credit card payment system is securely supported by PayPal, even if you don't have an account with PayPal, you can still pay with your credit cards under PayPal.

When providing credit card information, the credit card must be your own. If the credit card does not belong to you, you must have permission from the accountholder to use their card for your transactions.

Please note items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.

Any use of fraudulent chargebacks simply to get free merchandise is not only strictly prohibited, but also criminal fraud, and will be dealt with by reporting such chargebacks to your local police department and a credit bureau, as well as referring the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction.

Alipay, Wechat Payment, Tenpay (For customers holding Chinese identity cards) 

We also accept Alipay, Wechat Payment, Tenpay when payments make in China. 

It is mandatory that the Client sends a scan or fax of the bank transaction within 48 hours of confirming the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached spiritunus’s bank account. 

If the scan or fax of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.

The merchandise will be shipped once spiritunus.com has received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.
